Chinese and Hungarian officials attended the Dec. 17 opening ceremony of the weeklong event, which runs through Dec. 23. The exhibition showcases Hungary's scenery and culture and is divided into five themed sections: European impressions, Budapest's architecture, traditional crafts, regional cuisine and bilateral partnerships.

A Hungarian wine-tasting session was held on-site, allowing visitors to experience the country's wine culture through tastings. The exhibition also offers Hungarian cuisine and coffee for visitors taking breaks. "We hired a Hungarian chef to prepare the local goulash soup and chicken," a staff member said.
